100% and honestly we recommend it so we can make sure you have plenty of time with your stylist to perfect your look. Click "Book Now" in the top right corner of the screen and book in for either a Cut, Color, or Extension consultation.

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make any changes to your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged. You may do so by giving us a call, leaving us a voicemail, sending us an email, or texting the front desk. If you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hour window before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the services that you are booked in for. If you cancel within an hour of your appointment or don’t show up altogether, you will be charged 100% of the services that you are booked in for.

In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show” and charged accordingly.

Tips and gratuity can be left in cash, on the credit card, or sent directly to your stylist using Venmo or Zelle.

All of our services are customized for the individual client and charged a la carte. If you would like a gloss, base, root shadow, or blowout with your highlights you will need to book them in addition to your highlight.

At Colorbar The Salon, our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and unparalleled customer care. Please note that we do not offer refunds on salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your experience, we ask that you contact us within two days of your service. If you are not fully satisfied, we kindly request that you return to the salon for a visual inspection of your hair. We will make every effort to address your concerns by scheduling a follow-up appointment with your original stylist. Any necessary adjustments will be made at no additional cost within two days of your initial service.
